Last Will and Testament of Mrs Thomas Flack
(Catherine Logan). 1817-1906
Considering the uncertainty of this Mortal life and being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following:
FIRST - I hereby constitute and appoint my son Harry Flack to be sole Executor of this my last will, directing my said executor to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses and the last legacies hereinafter given out of my estate.
SECOND - After the payment of my said debts and funeral expenses, I give to each of my children the sum of $1 (one dollar) to be paid to each of them as soon after my decease, but within one year, as may conveniently may be done.
THIRD - I bequeath to my daughter Kathryn Flack all of my real estate afte rmy personal expenses have been paid.
FOURTH - I bequeath to my daughter Kathryn all of my persona; effects including the furniture now in my residence excepting that which my grand daughters Mary and Nellie Flack placed therin and which lawfully belongs to them.
FIFTH - I desire that my son William and grandaughters Mary and Nellie Flack be given a home with my daughter Kathryn, while she continue to live in said property, provided my said son and grandaughters are agreeable with my daughter Kathryn.
In testimony whereof and hereunto set my hand and seal, and publish and declare
this to be my last will and testament, in the presence of the witnesses named
below this third day of June in the year of our Lord Nineteen Hundred and Five
[3 June 1905]
