Retired Franklin Glass Paymaster Dies in Hospital.

Charles E Flack of Conoquenessing died at 1pm yesterday in the Butler County Memorial Hospital.

A native of Chicora, he was a son of the late John and Deoborah Eckman Flack. Mr Flack has retired after serving as paymaster at Franklin Glass Company for more than 45 years.

He was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church, which he has served as elder, and of the Whiteside Bible Class of the Church. Mr Flack was also a member of the Conoquenessing Lodge, IOOF, and the Encampment of the Lodge.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs Beatrice Miller Flack;
a daughter, Mrs George A McKee of Alexandria, Virginia;
a son Raymond C Flack of Butler;
a brother Richard L Flack of Slippery Rock;
two sisters Mrs Audley McClymonds of Rose Point, PA, and Mrs Arthur Tiffany, Denver, Colorado;
and 4 grandchildren.
and a brother, C Lewis Cruikshank of Brookline, Pittsburgh.

He was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church, The Eunice Bible Class, The Rebekah Lodge and the WCTU.

"Friends of Charles E Flack of Conquenessing, who died Monday 15 July 1957 will be received at the Thompson-Paul Funeral Home, 124 E.North Street from 7 to 9pm, Tuesday and from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9pm Wednesday. Funeral services will be held from the funeral home at 1.30pm Thursday with the Rev George C Miler, D D, pastor emeritus of Second Presbyterian Chirch officiating. Burial will be in North Cemetery. Arrangements by Thompson-Paul."
