  NOTES: (1) At the moment, after 1870 its one hell of a guess/mess. The initial family came to me in a gedcom and I am having mega difficulty sourcing it all through the census periods. I find all sorts of Carell spelling variation EXCEPT the one initially given to me and I cant find Alexander ONCE yet. SO - I dont really know if any of the children or census results are those of Martha Flack or another Martha. Jim Flack - 25 Mar 2009. NOTES: (2) I just found the marriage record (11 Mar 1874) for M L Flack and B A Carrell in Dyer County, Tennessee - so ALL of the children must be Martha's. I still find it a bit un-nerving mind you to see her being called SUSAN in 1880 - "Martha Lavina Katherine Flack" has a long enough name already without adding Susan to it - weird !!
