Flack, 82 of 416 Canton Street Ogdensburg and formerly of Lisbon, were held privately on Monday (October 27, 2008) for his family and friends with full military honors at Hillcrest Cemetery. Mr. Flack passed away at his home on Wednesday (Oct 22, 2008). Arrangements are with the Fox-McLellan Funeral Home. Surviving is his son, 4 Nephews, a grand-niece, and cousins. His brother Garrett Flack & a cousin Robert Flack predeceased him. Mr. Flack was born on July 12, 1926 in Lisbon, NY a son of the late Johnson & Dorothy (Mulholland) Flack. He graduated from Lisbon High School in 1943 and enlisted in the United States Navy in 1944 until May of 1946. In 1947 he again enlisted in the United States Air Force until June 20, 1956 when he received his second honorable discharge as a Sergeant. He married his wife Pauline (Wells) in 1967, she predeceased him in 1973. He moved to Ft. McCoy, FL in 1982 when he began working for the United Brotherhood Carpenter's Union until 2002 when he retired and relocated back to the North Country.
