John and wife Nancy have (at least) 6 children:- Margaret Flack married to William Winn. Mary Flack married to Samuel Cox. Jane Flack who married Samuel Winn. Josiah Flack married to Cynthia Miller.   BIOGRAPHY: The Placement of NANCY as mother of Josiah Flack (and the rest) is pure guesswork. My reasoning as follows:- - In 1850 census Josiah Flack (age 25) has William (age 14) living with him (who I think is possibly his brother) - infering to me that maybe their father is dead. Next door on the census page is Nancy Flack (age 60 & possibly mother) and I'm guessing her daughter Amanda (age 20). They are living with Samuel (age 36) and Mary Cox (age 33). Yet another pure guess is that the above Mary Cox is actually NEE FLACK. - This really just lets me put all these names in the website database so that people can confirm or 'pull to bits' my guesswork.
