I Joseph Flack of the Township of Doylestown in the County of Bucks and State of Pennsylvania being of sound disposing mind & memory, do make this writing my last Will and Testament.
I order and direct my herein-after named executors to pay my just Debts out of my estate. I give unto my Widow one good Feather Bed, bedding & bedsteads, one bow, and Fifty Dollars in Cash, to buy Furniture for a Room with.
I order and direct my Executors, hereinafter named, or the survivor of them to sell at public vendue, all the rest, and remainder of my Estate real, personal or mixed, and after the payment of my Debts, and the necessary expenses in & about my Estate, I give and devise the residue of the proceeds thereof in the following manner, Viz.
I give unto my Widow the Interest of one third, to be paid to her yearly, during the Term of her natural life, which third I order & direct to be secured on the Land by Mortgage.
I give and devise unto my daughter Euphemia One Hundred Dollars.
All the rest, residue and remainder of the monies arising out of the sale of my Estate, I give unto my remaining Ten Children, share and share alike. I also give unto my said Ten Children the principal of the Interest secured to my widow during her life, to be divided amongst them at her death.
I do herby order and direct that my Widow and Children shall equally enjoy the Rents Issues and Profits of my Estate until the Sale, so as aforesaid directed to be made, and also the distributions, as above directed.
I do hereby nominate and appoint my three Sons, James, David, and Joseph Executors of this my last Will & Testament, giving them full power to make good and sufficient Title or Titles for my Real Estate.
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my and Seal, this Seventh day of September in the year of our Lord, One Thousand, Eight Hundred and Twenty. 1820.

I Joseph Flack in addition to my foregoing Will Do order and direct that the share of my Estate given to my Daughter Sarah the wife of David Titus be put out on good Mortgage Security drawing interest, by my Executors and that the Interest thereof be paid annually unto my said Daughter Sarah during her natural life to her sole and separate use and that at her decease the Principal to go to her issue share and share alike – writings my hand & Seal May 21, 1821

Joseph Flack died seized of 3 messuages and tract of land in Doylestown Twp, and partly in Buckingham Twp, contg. by resurvey 228 A. 72 P.,leving will dated 17 Sept 1820, wherin (i.a) he ordered and directed his Executors to sell the whole of his real estate at public sale. Same were exposed to public sale on 14 Nov 1825 and sold to William Worthington for above consideration.
